The plastic injection machines range in size from 15 tons to 1,500 tons for manufacturing of parts weighing as little as a few grams to over 20 pounds. We also have a vertical rotary injection machine for insert molding.

With insert molding, products in plastic or thermoplastic elastomer receive an insert of wire or metal. Our multi station table is an important component of this process, allowing faster, more efficient production. Our customers benefit through a quicker delivery and potentially lower unit cost.

We have auxiliary equipment that enables us to add Hot Stamping, Sonic Welding or Pad Printing to our line of expertise. We also offer drop shipments for our customers to save on shipping and handling charges.
